How may we help you?

Buying a second hand/B-stock device

If you are planning on purchasing a used/B-stock Antelope device, you should keep one thing in mind - this device is likely to have been activated in the past. This means that it might not have been unregistered from the previous account it was linked to.

If that is the case - you will have to contact Antelope support for assistance.

Selling your Antelope device

To provide the future owner of your old device the smoothest possible experience, we recommend unregistering your interface before parting ways with it.

To unregister the unit you will have to go to the antelopeaudio.com website. Then, log into your account. Proceed to the "My Hardware tab" from the menu on the left:

Here you will see the devices associated with your account. Click on the three horizontal dots in the graphic of the unit which you'd like to modify and select "Abandon device". This will unregister the unit from your account.

If there is any software assigned to your device it will be unpaired from the unit and linked to your account again.

The only way to give the new user access to any additional software is if you provide them with your account login. Keep in mind that changing the email linked to your account is impossible. Software License Policy

Unfortunately, the software is non-transferable. The new user will have access to the basic FX pack that comes with the unit but any additionally purchased software by the original owner will not be available to the new user.
