Below you can find answers and step-by-step guidance for the most frequently asked questions related to MG4+ activation.
I didn’t receive an installation file for the plugin in my email.
To install the plugin, please first download and install the Antelope Launcher:
Download Latest Windows Launcher
Download Latest Mac OS Launcher
After installation, open the Launcher and navigate to the “Plugins” section. Select “Synergy Core Native” and install the latest bundle for MG4+ 
If the “Install” button is grayed out:
Go to Settings → Advanced,
Ensure “Update Effects” is set to “If Newer” or “Always”.

I didn’t receive an iLok activation code in my email.
You will not receive a separate activation code inside your email. Once you click the "claim effect" button, the license is automatically assigned to your iLok account.
To verify this:
Open the iLok License Manager (latest version is recommended but not required).
Log in with your account.
The MG4+ license should appear under Available Licenses.
I can’t use the plugin because I don’t have an iLok dongle.
An iLok dongle is not required. If you see this message when trying to activate the plugin, please make sure you have installed the latest version of the plugin from the “Plugins” tab in the Antelope Launcher.
In case you would like to store the license on a dongle, please note that only 2nd and 3rd generation iLok dongles are supported. 

I don’t see the MG4+ license in my iLok account.
Due to high demand from the current promotion, some licenses may take longer to appear. Please allow up to one hour for the license to be deposited into your account.
If it still doesn’t appear after that time, please repeat the claim process using the promotion link.
The latest version of MG4+ is not available in the Launcher.
If version 1.0.3 of the MG4+ bundle is not visible:
- Make sure you have the latest versions of both the Antelope Launcher and Manager Server.
 - You can check for updates by navigating to Settings → Check for Updates.
 

To confirm the Manager Server version, open the System tab - if it’s up to date, you’ll see the note “Current” next to the version number. 
When I try to claim MG4+, I receive a “502 Bad Gateway” error.
If you encounter a “502 Bad Gateway” error while claiming the plugin, it’s due to temporary server overload.
Please try to claim the effect again later.
