Notes:
Changes to system requirements may apply at any time. Antelope Audio reserves the right, to delete, change or modify content under the System Requirements page, to ensure up-to-date compatibility information.
We recommend keeping an internet connection active at all times. We use a server update system that relies on auto-detection. An Internet connection is required to ensure the normal update process of the Antelope Launcher Software.
In cases where an internet connection can't be provided, the user will be able to use the latest installed software from the Antelope Launcher, but it may miss critical software updates.
New users of Discrete 4 Pro Synergy Core, must enable an internet connection for the activation process and software update. The device will not be operational if it's not updated and activated when newly purchased.
All listed operating systems are supported, not listed operating systems may still work but we cannot guarantee their stability.
Antelope Audio Technical Support, reserves the right, to reject troubleshooting, in cases where recommended operating system requirements are not met.
Note for Windows Users:
Some PC builds may not provide enough USB bandwidth to fully transfer 32 channels of I/O between the interface and the computer. This is because our devices constantly multi-stream the full number of available channels.
If you are experiencing this, please follow the Windows optimization guide located on our support page.
If the above does not resolve the issue or enable full use of all 32 channels, it likely means there is a hardware bandwidth limitation on your motherboard’s USB bus. This can happen with any motherboard—even high-end or current top builds. In such cases, we advise purchasing and installing an additional high-speed USB 2.0 PCIe card with a dedicated internal power supply.
