This article will explain how to completely remove all Antelope folders and files from your computer and reinstall the Antelope Launcher.
If you are on Windows:
Open Control Panel > go to Uninstall a Program > uninstall Antelope Launcher.
Open My Computer > navigate to
C:\Users\Public\
> locate and delete the .AntelopeAudio folder.Note: Windows may deny deletion because the Manager Server is running in the background.
Open Task Manager > go to the Details tab > find AntelopeAudioServer
Right-click it and select End Task
Then proceed to delete the
.AntelopeAudio
folder
Empty your Recycle Bin
You can now reinstall the Antelope Launcher if you'd like to.
If you are on macOS:
Go to Applications > find Antelope Launcher > right-click > select Move to Trash
Empty the Trash
Open Finder > go to
Macintosh HD > Users > Shared
Show hidden files by either using the Show Hidden Files tool attached to this article or by pressing Command + Shift + . (dot)
Delete the hidden .AntelopeAudio folder
Empty the Trash again
You can now reinstall the Antelope Launcher completely.
