Troubleshooting Antelope Device Recognition Issues with Thunderbolt on macOS

If your Antelope device is not recognized when connected via Thunderbolt on macOS (especially on recent versions), and you have confirmed that the Comm./Change Interface setting in the device’s system menu is set to Thunderbolt, please follow these steps:

  1. Open the Antelope Launcher.

  2. Navigate to the System tab, uninstall the unified driver—even if you already have the latest version installed—and then reinstall the latest driver bundle available.

  3. If prompted to open System Preferences, do so, and grant permission for the driver in Security & Privacy settings (it may appear as "Elektrosfera").

  4. Restart your computer and verify whether the device is recognized.
