- If you have just installed the firmware on your device and some ofthe outputs or inputs are not working, please perform a factory reset. 

  The firmware procedure has an auto-mute option in order toprotect your gear from any harm during the installation.

  We strongly recommend to disconnect everything while performing the installation.
