This article would give you instructions on how to troubleshoot your system if you have problems with device recognition and Antelope Launcher.

First steps in this article would explain how to solve the problems with your device if you are using USB on Mac OS :

If you are on Mac OS, please open the Antelope Launcher, click on Admin in the bottom right corner and select "Disable automatic driver installation".

After that please download our Antelope unified driver installer from HERE

Once you have it downloaded , open the Installer and select "Remove" if any driver is detected installed.

If you don't have the option to Remove , please do not install the driver and just close the installer.

Reboot your computer and check if everything is working correctly!

If the device doesn't appear in the Antelope Launcher, please click on Admin and select "Restart server".

Alternatively you can "Reinstall server" from the same Admin tab to make sure everything is working.

Make sure you are not using any Antivirus/Malware software that might be blocking the server connection.

For Windows users using USB, we usually recommend to perform a power cycle by unplugging and plugging back in the power cable of the device.

If that doesn't help please try to change the USB port and the USB cable.

Additionally, you can try re-installing the Windows driver , but make sure to restart the PC after every install/uninstall.

In all occasions , make sure that you have set the Comm. Interface to USB from the menu of the device.

If the device doesn't appear in the Antelope Launcher, please click on Admin and select "Restart server".

Alternatively you can "Reinstall server" from the same Admin tab to make sure everything is working.

Make sure you are not using any Antivirus/Malware software that might be blocking the server connection.
